You'll have plenty of space with 6 beds, 3 baths, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, outdoor dining area, outdoor deck, and pool.

The house is a 2 family. The first floor has - 3 bedrooms - Bedroom 1: King sized bed. - Bedroom 2: Twin bed - Bedroom 3: Two twin beds - Office - Kitchen - Livingroom - Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher - Outdoor dining area & grill The second floor has - 3 bedrooms - Bedroom 1: King sized bed. - Bedroom 2: King sized bed. - Bedroom 3: Queen bed - Kitchen - Livingroom - Washer, Dryer - Deck with seating area There is a separate entrance in the front and in the back to get to the upstairs unit.
Other Details to Note
Airbnb adds a "3 min walk to beach" label. This listing is NOT 3 mins walk to any beach. I have contacted support to try and get them to remove this but don't believe it's been done yet. You can walk to Greenport Harbor in town and Sterling Harbor. Sterling Harbor looks out to sandy beach which is a 5 mins drive away. People also like 6th Street beach which is also a 5 mins drive away. Pool is open May-September Pool can be heated for $100 for 1 week or shorter rentals. Longer bookings we can charge you after your stay, when we get the heating bill. We partner with Olive Provisions if you’d like prepared food delivered to the house for a dinner in or even want someone to come over and prepare a meal for your group in the home. Let me know if you want more details on that. I also have connections for boat charters. Whether you’re interested in going out fishing, just enjoying a few beers on the water, getting to a restaurant by boat, or a mix of the three, we should be able to make it happen. Longer term stays November-April are welcomed at a discount. If this rental isn't available for your dates we have others in the area, just let me know.
