The Corwin House is a spacious 4 bed 3 bath home. Fully renovated with a modern rustic style. High ceilings, large windows, spacious and open layouts throughout. A working fireplace, updated appliances and a large smart tv. The backyard is fully fenced in with a pool that can be heated upon request. Located on a quiet street near Greenport town, beaches, and wineries.

Good to know

First floor: Living room, kitchen & dining room. Two conjoining bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. One bathroom. Second floor: Two master bedrooms each with a king size bed and ensuite bath. Pool open end of May - mid September.

Other Details to Note

The cost of propane for the pool heater is not included in the rental rate. If you would like the pool heated please request it prior to arrival. It doesn't need to be far in advance if you want to wait and see about the weather. $100 flat fee for 3 night stay. Longer stays we will charge you based on usage after your checkout. Grill propane is included. Lawn is mowed on Wednesdays. Pool is cleaned on Thursdays. Trash is picked up Monday morning.

House Rules

Must let us know about all guests and pets that will be at property at any time. 8 people 1 pet maximum at any time. No smoking. No parties or events. No excessive noise during quiet hours. $100 fee for first noise complaint. A second complaint will result in a cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No early checkin or late checkouts. We can sometimes accommodate a 12pm checkout - please ask first. $100 fee per hour for unannounced early arrivals and late checkouts. No refunds. If there is anything you need fixed during your stay, please let us know and we will promptly address it. You are responsible for any and all damages and/or extra cleaning. Pool propane is not included. It is $3 per gallon. The heater uses up to 4 gallons per hour. The tank is 500 gallons. Tank refills must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance.
