The Sun Chateau is a condominium off Warm Springs road. This listing is for units 44A & 44B which are connected. 44B can be locked off into its' own unit if desired. Livingroom: Large sectional sofa, that 1 person could comfortably sleep on if desired Kitchen: Stocked with coffee, tea, condiments, drip coffee maker Dining area: Table seats 6 but there is an extra leaf under the couch and one of the outdoor benches can be brought inside for additional seating. Primary Bedroom: - Queen bed - Two single futons that when combined with the queen mattress topper under the bed makes a comfy queen bed. Coffee Table can be slid under the bed for additional space. - Dresser - Closet - Kitchenette in closet area with single serving kurig, electric tea kettle, microwave, mini fridge(with freezer), coffee & tea. - There is a fold down desk mounted on the wall and a chair and monitor for the desk in the closet. - This room has its' own entrance labeled 44B and can be locked off from the rest of the house if desired. En Suite Bathroom: This bathroom is off the primary and have a shower, tub, washer and dryer. Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash and laundry supplies should be stocked. Second Bedroom: Queen bed, dresser, & closet. Hall Bathroom: This bathroom is across from the second bedroom, off the hallway. It has a bath tub and shower.
