The Bailey House is a 1,900 square foot, fully renovated, 2 bed 2 bath home, with a modern rustic style. It has a beautiful indoor fireplace, baby grand piano, updated appliances, large smart tv and built in bluetooth speakers throughout. The backyard is fully fenced in with a pool, patio, fire pit, and koi pond. Just a short drive or long walk to town, the ferry, train, and jitney. This is not a new listing we have just changed management 😎

First floor: Living room, kitchen, dining room and one bathroom. Second floor: Primary bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bath. Second bedroom.
Other Details to Note
This is not a new listing, we have just changed management. We have been renting on airbnb for several years and were a guest favorite on our previous listing: airbnb.com/h/roambailey. Smart TV is equipped with all the latest streaming apps which you can login to with your personal account. Cable not provided. The Barn is used by the owner for storage. There is an extra sleeping space in there, a queen bed. However, the barn is not insulated, only has a wood stove for heating, and has no AC, so we generally do not advertise this space. There is also a couch and coffee table in the barn as well. This space can be made available upon request on a case by case basis. The pool is open seasonally May-September. It is heated. Pool heating is cost is not included in your stay. $100 for a long weekend stay. Past a weekend we can bill you after your stay once we get the propane bill.
